1. Defining Your ICP

Knowing who your ideal customer is and what matter's to them is the first step towards creating an effective marketing strategy.

In this module you will:

  • Identify the demographics, pyschographic insights, and use cases for yoru ideal customers

  • Create personas for each ideal customer type

  • Start developing messaging to use in marketing materials

2. Writing a 4-Touch Campaign (for LinkedIn, email, or cold calling)

You've defined your ideal customer - now let's start engaging them!

In this module you will:

  • Learn the basics of a strong introduction email

  • Learn the framework of a 4-touch campaign

  • Draft a 4-touch campaign for one of your ICPs

3. Set up a Sales Tracking System

You can't manage what you don't measure. Realizing sales success requires a consistent way of tracking activity and setting progressive goals.

In this module you will:

  • Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of your sales process

  • Create or refine an existing tracking mechanism for sales activity
